Return & Refund Policy – Roynch

At Roynch, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. Due to the nature of our food products, all sales are generally final. However, your satisfaction matters to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on food items once they have been shipped.

Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be changed.
